There really is no right and wrong for killstreaks.
All about the situation, map, who your playing, game mode, how your playing, going for kills or playing for objectives.
Personally I like having UAV, Predator Missle, Harrier

i liek uav and predator but couldnt decide between emergency airdrop harrier or attack heli

I was just playing in SnD and forgot to change my killstreaks, but i had Sentry Gun, Precision airstrike and attack heli.
Needless to say when i got all 3 things in one round and used them all the next 3 rounds it turned into a very good game.

Its all about situation and preference. I prefer old school 3,5,7 uav predator harrier. However I would say the best one to use would be 7,9,11 harrier pavelow, AC130. Just my opinion.
